In addition to our training programs, Dr. Hettinger is available for one-on-one mentoring to assist with the leadership development of new housing professionals and to provide guidance and assistance on specific projects.

Prosperous Communities’ mentoring programs:

• Provide housing technical expertise to new housing professionals;
• Train housing professionals and community leaders in effective leadership techniques;
• Allow an individual to receive one-on-one mentoring from Dr. Hettinger to address a specific need or implement a specific program.

By signing up for the Mentoring and Leadership Development program, an individual receives six months of unlimited access to Dr. Hettinger via phone, fax, or e-mail. In person meetings are also possible when convenient.  Participants in the program can use Dr. Hettinger as a resource for expert advice as they learn the housing business or take on new roles and develop and implement housing programs.  Participants may also use Dr. Hettinger to provide advice and council as they develop programs and implement strategies.
